Of course not! For the duration of your time with us, you can enjoy the Bar, Restaurant, games room, and soft play area, and catch any entertainment that’s on at The View for free.
We have a wide range of entertainment at The View, from local bands to top tributes. Children are well provided for with access to our games room and soft play, as well as fun competitions, dance floor games, and dedicated children’s entertainers.
We provide free WiFi on Y-Fron. Please note that the signal strength may vary due to our rural location, especially during busy periods. If you require a more consistent connection in your holiday home, please consider bringing your own WiFi dongle.
We also offer complimentary high speed WiFi via the cloud at The View on our sister site Brynrodyn, which is available for use during our opening hours.
All kitchen equipment is provided. We provide duvets and pillows. Please bring your own bed linen.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate your pets on our Y-Fron site. Not to worry! You can still bring your furry friends with you to our Brynarian site.
There is ample parking at Y-Fron, situated at the top of the site near the viewing area.
Customers are encouraged to use the self check in feature. Simply follow on the instructions given on your confirmation email. Alternatively, if you are welcome to check in at The View reception at our sister site Brynrodyn which is just a 5 minute drive, or a 10 minute walk away.
The minimum age to make a booking at our Y-Fron site is 18

You can book direct here. We also take bookings via Pitch up, but we aren’t currently able to make bookings over the telephone, or via e-mail.
A new for old insurance policy is designed to provide you with a brand new holiday home in the event of a total loss. Alternatively, you could choose market value cover which in the event of a total loss is designed to settle based on the market value of the unit at the time of the loss taking into consideration wear and tear and depreciation.
We act as an introducer for Holiday Home insurance through our provider Arthur J.Gallagher Insurance Brokers Limited (Gallagher). We chose Gallagher because their specialist team has over 300 years of combined experience at developing insurance packages which meet the specific needs of holiday home owners.
The Gallagher Holiday Home Policy includes:
- Structure – covering the main insured perils such as storm damage, damage to heating / plumbing through frost, theft, fire, flood, escape of water, lightning, explosion, and subsidence.
- Contents – household goods, personal possessions and clothing inside the structures.
- Accidental damage to your structures or your contents.
- Damage caused by vermin.
- Cover for alternative accommodation or loss of rent.
- Conveyancing Cover – for a new owner when you have sold a structure but ownership has not yet passed to the new owner.
The above is not a full list of the cover provided and policy limits and exclusion may apply. Please refer to the Gallagher policy document for full terms and conditions. Finally if you should need to make a claim, Gallagher have a dedicated team that will guide you through the process and will work with you to make sure your claim can be resolved as quickly and efficiently as possible.

The annual running costs payable on your holiday home are insurance, site fees (including local authority charges), gas and electric.
We offer a range of different payment plans to suit you. You can spread the cost across the season with interest free repayments. We collect site fees by direct debit.
We don’t operate a specific age limit for holiday homes on Y-Fron. As long as it is safe and in good working order, it is welcome to stay on our site.
We would love to welcome your pets to Y-Fron. This is one of the key perks of owning a holiday home with us. Please note that only holiday home owners’ dogs are permitted on-site and unfortunately this doesn’t extend to guests’ dogs.
You can enjoy visiting your holiday home between the start of March and the start of November.
Certainly! We would love to welcome your friends and family to the park. All we ask is that you fill out a guest slip so that we can maintain both yours and the park’s safety.
